Challenge
As a Certified B Corp, Luke’s Lobster believes in healthy ecosystems and sustainable solutions. When faced with new packaging waste regulations they saw an opportunity, using compostable packaging to elevate their brand. Rather than using stock items, Luke’s wanted to work with a responsive, domestic manufacturer to design custom solutions to fit their products and values.
The Solution
We redesigned their existing packaging to custom-branded, compostable molded fiber products, perfectly sized for their lobster rolls. Rapid prototyping with in-house 3D printing streamlined the design process, resulting in a smooth transition of the new packaging into their operations.
